By downloading, installing, or using the DigHive mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

Age Requirement

DigHive is a premium puzzle gaming application that provides users with high-quality puzzle experiences, challenges, and entertainment. The application includes various puzzle categories, difficulty levels, and custom puzzle creation features.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DigHive for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to these Terms of Service and may be revoked at any time if you violate these terms.

In-App Purchases and Coins

DigHive operates on a coin-based system for premium features:

• Coins can be purchased through the Apple App Store using secure payment methods
• All purchases are one-time transactions; we do not offer subscription services
• Coins are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• Coin balances are stored locally on your device and are non-transferable
• We reserve the right to modify coin pricing or availability with notice

User Conduct

While using DigHive, you agree not to:

• Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the application
• Use any automated systems or bots to interact with the application
• Share or distribute application content without permission
• Interfere with the security or functionality of the application

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of DigHive, including but not limited to graphics, logos, images, text, and software, are the exclusive property of DigHive and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and usage practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

Disclaimers

DigHive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the application is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigHive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.
